Delivery costs (Germany)

We deliver our goods up to 40 kg with GLS for the following prices:

Orders with a total weight above 40 kg are being shipped by a transport company. Price on demand.

Verpackungsverordnung (Germany)

According to german law (Verpackungsverordnung (VerpackV)), we are obliged to pay for the recycling of packages that are being delivered to private customers as well as small companies that are using the public garbage collection. We will inquire this information in the form customer creation ("Kundenanlage").

Payment methods

We accept the following payment methods

• Prepayment (bank transfer)
• Pay Pal (additional fees)
  
• Cash on delivery (additional fees)
• Invoice (after 3 orders - only for companies)

Depending on the payment method another order confirmation will be sent (along with our bank information or a Pay Pal Link)

Securities for your payment

We offer you following securities for your pre-payment

• As managing directors we guarantee with our privat property for the pre-payment!
• You can also get a guarantee from our bank
  (costs: at least 150 € or 2,5% from the pre-payment until maximum 550 €)
